1. KeKeBe Pro Subscription

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try our premium Studio Ghibli style transformation features risk-free. If you're not happy with your image transformations within 3 days of subscription, get a full refund - no questions asked.

Example: If you subscribe to KeKeBe Pro on Monday and request a refund on Wednesday, you'll receive a full refund of your subscription payment.

Cancellation After Trial Period

After 3 days, while we can't refund the current period, you can easily cancel future renewals. Your Ghibli style transformation features will remain active until the end of your paid period.

Example: If you cancel your monthly KeKeBe Pro subscription on day 10, you can continue using premium features until the month ends, with no future charges.

2. Single Purchase Transformation Packages

Unused Transformation Credits

Get a full refund within 7 days if you haven't used any of your Ghibli style transformation credits or premium features.

Partial Usage Refunds

For partially used transformation packages, refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Calculation:

Refund = Original Payment × (Remaining Transformation Credits / Total Package Credits) - Processing Fee

Processing Fee: 10% of payment channel fees (minimum $1)

Minimum Requirement: At least 20% of transformation credits must remain unused

Contact our Ghibli style support team for assistance (48-hour response guaranteed)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Special Considerations

EU Users: In accordance with EU regulations, digital services include a 14-day cooling-off period. This right is waived once you start using our Ghibli style transformation services.
